I’m back in San Francisco! It only took me slightly more than 13 hours to get back, but I’m back!

(Seriously. We left for the Buffalo airport at 11:30 PST and got to our apartment in SF at 12:45 AM PST.)

I’m exhausted and groggy and think I picked up a sinus infection, but I had a great time and I have a new found appreciation of Buffalo (post to come).

In the meantime, my favorite comedy duo Garfunkel and Oats just released an official video for their song “Pregnant Women are Smug” and it’s just so awesome I had to share.

Enjoy!

P.S. a word of advice: if you plan on watching movies on the plane, don’t pick a tearjerker. I randomly decided to watch “A Little Bit of Heaven,” a movie I had never heard of and knew nothing about, and it was a big mistake. Huge. It started out so completely stupid that about 20 minutes in Kevin gave up and decided to try to take a nap. I kept watching simply for lack of anything else to do, and suddenly, BAM. Waterworks started about 40 minutes in and never stopped. It needs to be said that I am not a big movie crier, so I was not prepared for this reaction. Sure, I get a little teary during sad scenes, but it’s very rare for me to really cry during a movie, yet for some reason I couldn’t get a hold of myself! I was a sobbing mess. I was crying so hard I could barely catch my breathe and at the end of the movie I had a massive headache and bloodshot eyes. The man sitting next to me kept looking at me like “WTF is wrong with you” and the whole thing was just very embarrassing. Crying that hard over a Kate Hudson movie? What is happening to me?!

Oh my goodness, and I cry for like everything on TV or movies. Good for me they only showed Cars when we went to Gran Canaria.
